Itsuno expresses himself on this new career chapter: “Joining LightSpeed Studios is an exciting new chapter for me, he said. “With LightSpeed’s strong development capability and global network, I look forward to creating original AAA action game titles together with the amazing team and building aesthetic and innovative experiences for the global player community.”. We invite all talented and passionate game creators from across the globe to join our vision.”

LightSpeed Studios, best known as a co-developer on one of the world’s most successful mobile games, PUBG Mobile, is expanding its portfolio to include Last Sentinel, an open-world action game set in dystopian future Tokyo. The studio and Itsuno’s creative vision promised to be the signal of exciting new times for both parties.

Itsuno’s development move to LightSpeed also reflects the intent of Capcom in further establishing its own powerhouses, especially on a highly-anticipated upcoming title Monster Hunter Wilds and reportedly new incoming parts of the Resident Evil series. Given that its leader Itsuno is at LightSpeed Japan Studio now, there are high expectations from all these gamers eager to see what kinds of unique experiences and ambitious new creations will thrive under him.

This partnership marks a critical milestone in the world of gaming as It is now furthered by the exclusive union between Itsuno and LightSpeed. The strengths of Itsuno, a master designer of action games, have finally converged with the strength of LightSpeed, in robust capabilities and international relations. At such a point, new AAA action games coming out of this studio would certainly catch the attention of world gamers.
